Greetings BHH Friends and Supporters,
It is with great joy that we share the latest updates from Brook of Hope Home (BHH). Thanks to your generosity, we’ve been able to touch so many lives through our programs, celebrate success stories, and navigate some of the challenges that come with ministering to Zambia’s most vulnerable children and youth.
This past month, we had a wonderful, God honouring first year anniversary celebration for Brook of Hope Home with many dear supporters and friends.
Meet Brenda:
We shared Brenda’s inspiring story. Brenda is a bright and determined young girl from a slum area in Zambia. Because of your support, she is now thriving in school, excelling in her studies, and daring to dream of a brighter future. Brenda’s journey is a beautiful reminder of the difference your generosity makes.
Backpacks, Shoes, and Smiles:
Another heartwarming moment came when our sponsored children received their school backpacks—filled with supplies—and their very first pair of brand-new shoes, straight out of the shoebox! In Zambia, proper school shoes are not just a requirement but a symbol of hope and dignity for these children. Getting new shoes, still in box is a very big deal to them. Thanks to you, they now have what they need to take confident steps toward a better future. Education
Education as a Catalyst:
Your donations have gone beyond meeting basic needs; they’ve brought hope to an entire community. Through educational programs made possible by your giving, children’s lives are being transformed, and a ripple effect of excitement and hope is spreading throughout the community we serve. They keep asking to have their children enrolled and cared for. We started with 15 and now are at 40. Thank you all for your generosity that made this possible.
Faith and Transformation:
Peter and his dedicated team continue to sow seeds of eternal hope, sharing the message of salvation and abundant life through Jesus Christ. Their outreach has reached not only our registered children but also a growing number of local kids eager to hear the Good News. The impact has been overwhelming, with lives touched both spiritually and practically.
